154 Correspondence . (a) Monmouthshire County Council – Section 118 & S26 Highways Act 1980 – To note the public path extinguishment and creation orders made in respect of the Newhouse Park Development.

(b) Cadw – Access Ramp at Chepstow Castle To note the response to the concerns raised by Members with regard to the new access ramp at Chepstow Castle.

(d) Monmouthshire County Council – Appeal Ref: E6840/E 08/2070533/WF 44, Castle Terrace, Bridge Street (Removal of balustrading and replacement doors and windows) To note the appeal against condition 5 of the Listed Building Consent which requires all works to be carried out within nine months and to consider whether to submit written comments to the Planning Inspector.
