POSITION OPENING: Production Herdsman

Accountable to: Production Manager

Compensation: DOE

Position Open: 10-8-10 through 11-1-10

Requirements:  At least 5 years of livestock knowledge  Must be able to participate with a TEAM  Moderate computer knowledge  Strong communication skills

Areas of responsibility:  Assist the Production Foreman with the care of high valued bulls and facility livestock.  Assist the Production Foreman with the maintenance of the facility and equipment.  Assist the Biosecurity Officer/Production Foreman/Production Manager with successfully implementing Biosecurity, industry, and government regulations.  Assist the Production Foreman to meet performance goals set by the Production Manager.  Participate in meetings with Production Manager and/or Production team.  Professional communication with all ORIgen, Inc. staff.  Perform these and other duties, as assigned by Production Manager, in a diligent and timely matter.
