Professional School Activities Wilmore Elementary: Taught a collaborative/inclusion first grade class, served as grade level chairperson for first grade, served as Student Achievement Coach for the first grade, was elected to serve on Site-Based Decision Making Council and held the position of secretary, tutored students after school
Star-Biscoe Elementary: Completed the NC Reads online professional development course, worked on a team with the third grade level team to plan and implement lessons and curriculum, volunteered part time with our fourth grade writing camp, tutored small groups of students in the afternoons as part of Dragon Academy (a remediation and EOG preparation group)
Pilot Elementary: Taught a k/1 combination class, taught professional development lessons to colleagues on Writers Workshop and the Scientific Process, served on the Davidson County District Writing Committee, worked with the kindergarten and 1st grade levels to plan, implement, and assess quality instruction
