1. Review Past Agreements & Update Agenda

2. President  Constitution – passed!

3. Vice President  Bylaws – Nicole and Kari will create.

4. Secretary  Member points – Sarah emailed Mike Lemke and he sent her the points. She updated them.  Points don't carry over from year to year, but we discussed having a proportion of members’ points carry over to the next year if they don't use them for conference travel funding.

5. Treasurer  T-shirts & Snack Shack – Need to send out email about Snack Shack  Report on the budget - $955.30 in the bank, $363.29 paid out to Bobby, $75.29 in cash box  Sold over $35 at Snack Shack

6. Social Cordinator  Make flyer for social event by the weekend (or let Kari know).

7. Community Outreach  Quals buddies – Bobby, Andrew, and Erin will organize lists.  People taking Quals on week of 3/12 listed below:  Community: Sharon Hakim, Lisette, David Stowell  Human Factors: Rondell Burge, Bobby Nguyen, Mikki Phan, Jen Teves, Robert Woods

8. Webmaster  PGSO info on Psych website – Andrew will take care of it.
