INTENSION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONDITIONS FOR FUNCTIONING OF A QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES The implementation of a quality management faces usually the problem of inappropriate organizational conditions. The existing internal environment and absence of business-process approach are the reason for. These aspects are also relevant for the whole enterprise, the manufacturing activity either. As a consequence the application of business-process mapping as well as ISO 9000 implementation appearing to be true and productive but are not used a in the reality. The quality control procedures stay inefficient and continuous improvement principle is not engaged practically. The solution consists in implementation of organizational conditions, which are to establish for the functioning of management system for the production processes quality. In order to realize all the aspects discussed afore an application of several methodologies is considered in the article. These are business-process approach, supplier-customer relationship, lean production, and continuous improvement either learning. The indicator of manufacturing processes synchronization is de- signed and justified in order to improve the quality continuously as well as to estimate a business-process (supplier-customer) performance. Implication of organizational conditions following as a result is discussed.
