This award of damages is made pursuant to a relocation order of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation dated and in ##BK MK_PRCNT_county_id_Lbl2## County, for the improvement of , in County.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation having determined it necessary for the purpose set forth in and in accordance with said relocation order, has ordered the County Highway Committee of County to acquire, in the name of said County, a parcel of real estate and/or rights therein as set forth, in and to which the following persons have an interest:

Any person named in this easement may make an appeal from the amount of compensation within six months after the date of recording of this deed as set forth in s.32.05(2a) Wisconsin Statutes. For the purpose of any such appeal, the amount of compensation stated on the deed shall be treated as the award, This space is reserved for recording data and the date the deed is recorded shall be treated as the date of Return to taking and the date of evaluation.
