Re: Soho area – Greens Court/Ingestre Court/Irving House/47 Old Compton Street - external works and decorations (contract S168). Ingestre Court – in-flat heating upgrade works (contract T263). Residents drop-in to introduce the schemes.

I am writing to let you know that your estate is included in the better homes programme to carry out external works and decorations to your block. In addition, for residents living in Ingestre Court there are proposals to upgrade the in-flat heating system.

I have arranged for a resident drop-in to take place on Tuesday 23 July 2013 to be held at the Soho/Covent Garden estate office, 60 – 62 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 7AN between 6:00pm – 7:30pm. The works are intended to start on site in spring 2014.

The proposed works include:

 External decorations to all previously painted surfaces and elements  Decorations to internal staircases and lobby areas.  Roof works where necessary.  External and communal repairs as necessary.  Associated mechanical and electrical works as necessary.  Associated fire risk assessment works.

Why is CityWest Homes organising this event?

The purpose of the drop-in is to provide you with an update and information on what work is involved, how it may affect you and timescales. Our project team, which includes Stephen Hoad - Project Manager and staff from the estate office, will be there to answer any questions you may have.
