When and where is the 2016 Annual Session being held? April 29 – May 3, 2016 | Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) West Building| Orlando, Florida Is there Parking at Orange County Convention Center? There is public parking at the West Building of OCCC. For detailed information, click here Where will the shuttles be picking-up/dropping-off? Orange County Convention Center, West Building Shuttle Drop-Off When will the shuttles run? TBD What is the dress code for attendees? Resort Casual When will Registration open? Registration will open Monday, October 5th at 8a.m. Central Time and can be accessed online at www.aaoinfo.org. The deadline to receive the early registration fees is March 25th @ 11:59pm Central Time. Where will Registration be located? Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall A When will Registration be open onsite? Thursday, April 28 11am-6pm Friday, April 29 7am-6pm Saturday, April 30 – Monday, May 2 7am-3:30pm Tuesday, May 3 7am-12pm Badge Reprint Fee: The AAO will allow one free re-print onsite, then $50 per re-print; only one re-print per day. This applies to ALL – doctors, staff, spouse/guest, exhibitors What are the guidelines for Cancellations / Refunds? Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must be received in writing, including name and registration/badge number, and sent to the attention of the Sarah Dvorak via e-mail [email protected], fax 800.747.2513 or mail (401 N. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141). Requests received after June 2, 2016 (30 days after meeting) will not be approved. Where can information on Housing be found? Information will be available at www.aaoinfo.org Housing opens October 5, 2015; the link to book housing will be included in the Registration confirmation email. Information will be available at www.aaoinfo.org beginning November 2, 2015 Tickets can be purchased through our website prior to the meeting or onsite at the Tour booth located in the AAO Registration area Where can information on Camp AAO (child care) be found? Information will be available at www.aaoinfo.org Camp AAO will be located at OCCC TBD Will there be a place to check e-mail? There will be a cyber café to check e-mail – OCCC TBD Will there be food / beverages available? There will be food kiosks located in the Exhibit Hall and various kiosks throughout the convention center. Where will the Member Resources booths be located?
