Reed Beckler Jr., CPA grew up in Minnesota, attended college at Colorado State University and came home to Minnesota after graduating. He spent years with a large regional firm in Edina, Minnesota. The primary focus of Reed’s business was small and medium sized businesses and the individuals associated with the businesses. Reed left to assist in a business liquidation for a family member. Once the liquidation was complete, he started the firm that he now owns, RAB Accounting & Consulting LLC.

Although the firm is small, Reed is able to assist businesses, individuals, trusts, estates, and non- profits with the complete tax services, tax planning, tax consulting, payroll, compilations, reviews, audits, IRS and state Departments of Revenue tax representation, sales tax filings, accounting and bookkeeping services, financial analysis, business consulting, bankruptcy assistance, merger and acquisition assistance, financial projections, and business succession planning.
