NOW HIRING- Position Available: Student Coordinator for “Memberships & Office Admin”

Job Description: The Student Coordinator for Memberships + Office Administration processes the membership applications for Campus Recreation participants. They work closely with the Operations staff to enforce current membership policies and are responsible for communication with members. They also work with marketing program to actively recruit new members. They are in charge of keeping an up-to-date database of the current members, an up-to-date entry control list, etc., planning any membership price increases, the making of and updating of membership cards, and management of the BlackBoard Entry Control System. Additionally they will be in charge of running the Get Healthy Challenge ever semester, and is responsible for incorporating inclusive elements into Campus Recreation. Other duties include the oversight of the Glacier Bay Receptionist staff and all Rec Center cash reconciliation.

Job Duties:  Attend weekly programmers meetings with other coordinators.  Attend weekly meetings with Full Time Staff.  Attend semesterly programmers retreats and trainings.  Communicate with and recruit new members.  Maintain communication with Operations Coordinator and front desk.  Work about 5-15 hours a week.  Run the Get Healthy Challenge each semester  Incorporate inclusivity into Campus Recreation  Hire, train, and schedule Glacier Bay Reception Area  Responsible for office supply inventory, orders and office organization  Responsible for Rec Center cash reconciliation  Other duties as assigned by full-time staff

Job Qualifications:  Full time SSU student.  Good communication skills.  Program/Event Planning  Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.  Interest and commitment to inclusivity.  Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
