Target Groups:

Spencer Lake Heights is a certified Adult Family Home (AFH) which serves one (1) ambulatory female, 18 years or older with physical or developmental disabilities or who is elderly. Our resident will have individualized, loving, one-on-one non-medical care and an opportunity to do creative activities, as well as outdoor recreational activities such as walking or swimming.

Description of AFH Physical Features and Grounds:

Spencer Lake Heights is a ranch-style home located approximately 5 miles south of Waupaca on a dead-end road near beautiful Spencer Lake. The area has a relaxing get-away/vacation feel to it, with our residence being just 500 yards from the boat landing. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, and a fully equipped laundry room, all on the first floor. Our resident will have a private room on the first floor with a good-sized closet. The lower level is unfinished except for an extra bedroom. Spencer Lake Heights sits on a small hill on approximately 1 acre of partially wooded land. The setting is a wonderful place for enjoying nature.
