To calculate a half fee for ages U13 to U18 divide the match fee in half and add to the travel allowance. To calculate a half fee for ages U10 to U12 divide match fee in half, travel allowance does not apply to these age groups.

The top division or where only one division exits, is deemed a top division. For example if there is only one Division, whether it is called Premier or division 1, fee’s are € 51.00. The BYE LAWS

(incorporating Rules and Regulations)

Effective as and from 22nd February 2017. 1. PREAMBLE

1.1 The South Dublin Football League (hereinafter referred to as “the League or S.D.F.L.” is constituted as an Irish company limited by guarantee (not having a share capital) under CRO registration number 281793.

1.2 The address of the League for the purposes of the day to day organisation of the League shall be SDFL Complex, Ballyowen Park, Lucan, Co. Dublin.

1.3 The catchment area for participation in the League shall be clubs situated in South Dublin and all areas south of the River Liffey.

1.4 The Official colours of the League shall be blue shirt, blue shorts and blue socks.

1.5 The purpose of the League is to promote the amateur game of football in the South Dublin area and in particular.

(a) To promote the game of soccer by the provision of fixtures and to organise competitions for players between the ages of U7 years to U18 years. Girls can play on boy’s teams up to and including U16. Girl’s can play one year below their age group.

(b) To promote the spirit of sportsmanship and community spirit amongst participating Clubs and players through the development of physical skills, self discipline, team work and co-operation.

1.6 Participation in the soccer activities and competitions of the League shall be reserved to Clubs and members of those Clubs which have become affiliated to the League in accordance with these Bye Laws (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliated Clubs”). In turn the Club Secretary of each Affiliated Club is entitled to become a member of S.D.F.L. and accordingly to vote (on behalf of his or her Club) in respect of the affairs of S.D.F.L. as a company.

1.7 In these Bye Laws words and expressions defined in the Articles of Association of S.D.F.L. (hereinafter referred to as “the Articles”) shall have the same meaning where used in these Bye Laws. In the case of any conflict between any provisions of the Articles and these Bye Laws, the provisions of the Articles shall prevail. These are the Bye Laws referred to in Article 36 of the Articles as adopted by the Governing Body (i.e. board of directors) of S.D.F.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Governing Body”) 2. STRUCTURE

2.1 The day to day organisation and control of the League shall be conducted by the League Committee as established by the Governing Body under and pursuant to the Articles (hereinafter referred to as the “League Committee”). The Chairman of the Governing Body shall be the President of the League for the term of his/her office.

2.2 The League Committee shall consist of five Officers: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Hon. Secretary, Hon Treasurer, Registrar and up to six other members in each case as appointed by the Governing Body pursuant to the Articles. The League Committee may at its discretion and with the approval of the Governing Body merge the duties of one or more members of the League Committee from time to time as it shall see fit.

2.3 The function of the Chairperson shall be to chair all League Committee and monthly or other meetings of Affiliated Clubs; in the absence of the Chairperson the vice Chairperson shall take the chair and in the absence of both the Chairperson shall be chosen from the League Committee members present.

The Chairperson shall be entitled to vote at all League Committee and its sub-committee meetings; in the event of a tie in voting the Chairperson shall have a casting.

2.4 The Hon. Secretary shall keep minutes of all League Committee, monthly and other meetings of Affiliated Clubs, as well as all other meetings as designated by the League Committee.

2.5 The Hon. Secretary shall keep files of all correspondence to and from the League Committee.

2.6 The Hon. Secretary shall keep records of attendance of the Governing Body as well as any other meetings conducted under the auspices of the League Committee. The record of member’s attendance at such meetings may be read out at the following Annual General meeting of the S.D.F.L. The Hon. Secretary shall send notices of all meetings in keeping with the rules governing such meetings.

2.7 The Hon. Treasurer shall subject to the approval of the Governing Body as well as any directions by it, receive and take charge of the funds of the League, keep regular accounts of income and expenditure, report on same and if requested by the Governing Body report same and on the balance sheet of the League at the Annual General Meeting of the S.D.F.L.

2.8 The Hon. Treasurer shall submit financial statements to the Governing Body and to each League Committee meeting in such form as the Governing Body may require. The Hon. Treasurer shall, subject to the approval of the Governing Body as well as any directions issued by it, keep a record of all assets of the League.

2.9 The funds of the League shall be lodged in the accounts of the League with any bank or building society deemed suitable by the Governing Body.

2.10 The Registration Officer shall receive registration forms and compile and maintain an orderly record of same to be available at a specified time and place subject to the conditions governing the inspection of such forms.

2.11 The League Committee shall have the power (subject to the approval of the Governing Body) to appoint such sub-committees as are considered necessary for the day to day organisation of the League and may delegate any of its powers to such sub-committees. 2.12 Each sub-committee will report as requested to the League Committee.

2.13 The Chairperson shall be an ex-officio member of all League Committee sub-committees.

2.14 The League Committee shall have the power (subject to the approval of the Governing Body) to dissolve any sub- committee it has appointed.

2.15 (a) The League Committee shall meet January to November at a time and place appointed by it. (b) Each season the League Committee shall hold four meetings for Affiliated Clubs from January to November at a time and place appointed by the League Committee, a quorum for such meetings shall be one representative from at least 20 Affiliated Clubs.

(c) Only persons 18 years and over may attend and vote at such meetings. Each Affiliated Club is entitled to one vote.

2.16 Members of the League Committee shall receive at least five days notice of League Committee meetings.

2.17 A quorum for meetings of the League Committee shall be four members.

2.18 The League Committee shall have the powers of co-option to fill vacancies which may occur from time to time within its ranks. The League Committee may invite and have present, at its meetings such persons as it shall see fit.

2.19 (a) All matters going before the League Committee and requiring a vote shall be decided by a simple majority of those present and voting.

(b) Voting at meetings of Affiliated Clubs shall be by a show of hands, but any two Affiliated Clubs entitled to vote may request and be granted a secret ballot.

2.20 The League Committee shall (subject to the approval of the Governing Body) have the power to replace any committee member failing in his or her duty.

2.21 In accordance with Article 37 of the Articles, the Governing Body is required to ensure that as far as practicable the persons appointed by the Governing Body to the League Committee represent a broad cross section of representatives from Affiliated Clubs. In that regard it is intended that there shall not be more than two persons from any one affiliated Club on the League Committee at any one time and not more than one person from anyone Affiliated Club shall hold positions as League Committee officers at any one time.

2.22 Meetings of the League Committee shall be called by the Chairperson or Hon. Secretary or by any five members of the League Committee or by the Governing Body.

2.23 The League Committee shall have the power to determine any dispute as to the interpretation, application or operation of these Bye Laws, save as may be otherwise so determined by the Governing Body from time to time.

2.24 Nominations of officers and League Committee members for consideration by the Governing Body must be posted to the Hon. Secretary of the League at least 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting of S.D.F.L. in each year; such nominations must be proposed and seconded by the Hon. Secretaries of two current Affiliated Clubs. Such nominations shall be without prejudice to the right of the Governing Body under Articles to appoint such persons to the League Committee as it considers fit. 3. AFFILIATION AND REGISTRATION

3.1 (a) Clubs which wish to enter teams for any competition organized by the League must apply to the League in that regard on or before 20th January each season; applications after this date may only be accepted at the discretion of the League Committee.

(b) Only official application forms issued for the relevant season accompanied by the appropriate team and player participation fees will be considered for acceptance; all such participation fees shown shall be non refundable.

(c) All Club applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee(s). No cash through the post. All fees will be receipted to each Club and proof of payment shall be those official receipts.

(d) The Hon. Treasurer shall recommend the team and player membership fees to the League Committee prior to start of each season.

3.2 Application forms shall be issued to each club not later the 1st January each year. The League Committee shall have the power to reject any application as referred to in Rule 3.1 and without giving any reason in that regard. The League Committee shall in respect of each application received pursuant to Rule 3.1 satisfy itself that the applicant is a Club (as defined in the Articles) prior to approving any such application.

3.3 Upon the approval by the League Committee of the application of any club as referred to in Rule 3.2, the League Committee shall promptly so advise the Governing Body and subject to approval by the Governing Body shall then notify such Club that its application has been successful. Such notification as aforesaid shall constitute the Club concerned as an Affiliated Club for the purposes of the Articles and these Bye Laws. Where such Club has previously became and Affiliated Club by reference to preceding seasons, and has not ceased to be an Affiliated Club such notifications as aforesaid shall be taken as confirmation of the continuing status of the Club as an Affiliated Club.

3.4 (a) Each player form an affiliated club must be registered with the South Dublin Football League on a relevant registration form which refers to the current season before playing in any competition under the League’s jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the club having points awarded to the opposition or suspension of related fixtures.

(b) Player registration fees must be paid within 21 days of registration. Failure to comply with this rule may result in any or all of the following: the club being fined, suspension of player, withholding of fixtures for the relevant team with the points going to the opposition, suspension of the relevant team, removal of the relevant team from the League with points being awarded to the opposing teams as per Rule 5.7. All fees will be receipted to each club and proof of payment will be those official receipts.

(c) A registered player may then play for his/her team in any of the League’s competitions provided he/she is under the appropriate age.

(d) Any team which plays an unregistered player in a game in any competition under this League’s jurisdiction may forfeit the game and be fined up to €65.00 per unregistered player.

(e) Clubs entering team competitions run by the FAI, SFAI or LFA will be subject to the rules of entry of those competitions and be liable for all such entry fees. 3.5 (a) The League Committee may ask for proof of age of any player which shall be an original Birth Certificate.

(b) In cases of protest concerning players’ age eligibility the Protest Committee (of the League Committee) has the right to request any Club to furnish an original Birth Certificate for any player.

(c) Refusal or failure by any Club to provide an original Birth Certificate may be deemed an attempt to obstruct the investigation into any players’ age eligibility and the team concerned may then be subject to the enforcement of Rule 3.8.

3.6 In certain circumstances and with the approval of the League Committee, the registrar or any sub-committee of the League may accept evidence of age other than a Birth Certificate.

3.7 (a) The name, address and contact details of the Hon. Secretary of each Affiliated Club must be submitted to the League offices by 20th January prior to the start of each season.

(b) Any subsequent changes to these details must be notified in writing to the League immediately.

3.8 (a) The date for determining eligibility shall be 1st January e.g. to be eligible to play U8 a player must not have reached the age of 8 before January in the relevant season.

(b) Upon Breach of Rule 3.8 (a) i.e. playing overage player/s the offending player shall be removed from the team and the team may lose its League position and Cup/s placing’.

(c) The team manager and offending player/s may be suspended from the League for a period of time at the discretion of the League Committee with the loss of points for that particular fixture.

3.9 There shall be no limit to the number of players registered for any team each season.

3.10 (a) A player cannot play across or down their age groups. A player can only play up from his/her age group within his/her own club.

(b) Breach of this Rule may result in forfeiture of the game to the opposition and the offending Club may be fined up to € 65.00.

(c) Players can only be transferred and re registered to a new team by the completion of an official transfer form and a registration form. All transfer and registration documents must be accompanied by the relevant fee/s. No cash through the post.

(d) The dates for transfers shall be from 1st February to 30th April in the current season in the S.D.F.L.

(e) No player may play for any team in this League while registered as a player in any other soccer league such player must be transferred as per Rule 3.10 (c) above.

(f) Clubs may apply to transfer players within the South Dublin Football League in the month of September in the current season. The League Committee may at their discretion grant permission to have a player transferred.

3.11 (a) Players registered with any other soccer league cannot play in any game/s under the jurisdiction of this League. (b) Breach of the Rule shall result in a fine of € 50.00.

(c) No player can play for more than one team in any knockout or League cup type of competition in the same season; such players will be “cup tied”. Breach of this rule may result in the loss of the game and a fine or suspension on the manager and player/s.

3.12 (a) In the event of any club or team ceasing to be affiliated to the League for whatever reason the registration of the team players will become the property of the League.

(b) In such circumstances the League may allow other Affiliated Clubs to register not more than 3 such players in that season.

(c) If a team disbands within an affiliated club and the players wish to transfer to a team or teams within the same affiliated club then the numbers allowed to be transferred will be at the discretion of the League Committee.

(d) The last date for registering players under this Rule shall be 31st May in any season; applications to sign players under this Rule must be made in writing to the League Hon. Secretary.

3.13 (a) Once a player has been registered by a team in the League no person may approach that player to join any other team in the League.

(b) Breach of this Rule shall be deemed to be poaching and the offending team may be punished by removal from the League, deduction of up to 10 points or loss of games/s and a fine of up to € 150.00.

(c) The month of December shall be deemed to be a closed month where this Rule will not apply.

3.14 All fines imposed by this League which are not subject to an appeal must be paid to this League with 10 days of the postal date on the fines notice. Any Club failing to comply with this Rule shall be liable to an increase of fine/s and/or withholding of fixtures or removal from the League with loss of placing’ in all competitions. 4. CLUB MEETINGS

4.1 At least 14 days notice in writing shall be given by the League Committee for any meeting of Affiliated Clubs as referred to in Rule 2.15 (b).

4.2 Each Affiliated Club (acting by their Club Secretary at the meeting) shall be entitled to one vote at any such meeting as referred to in Rule 2.15 (b). The agenda for any such meeting shall be as determined by the League Committee.

4.3 Changes or additions to the Articles can only be made by special resolution of the members of the S.D.F.L. thus requiring a decision in favour of such changes by not less than 75% of the then members of S.D.F.L.

4.4 Proposed changes to these Bye Laws may be made at the discretion of the Governing Body; subject as aforesaid any proposed change to these Bye Laws may be submitted at any time to the Governing Body for its consideration by:

(a) The Club Secretary of an Affiliated Club which must be seconded by the Club Secretary of one other Affiliated Club or:

(b) The League Committee.

4.5 (a) An Emergency General Meeting of Affiliated Clubs as referred to in Rule 2.15 (b) may be called at the request of the League Committee, or on receipt by the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee of a written request signed by the Hon. Secretaries of not less than half of the then Affiliated Clubs, which must state the business of the meeting and only such business shall be discussed.

(b) An Emergency General Meeting as aforesaid shall be called with 21 days of such a proper request being received by the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee.

4.6 Notice of and voting at any Emergency General Meeting as aforesaid shall be the same as any other meeting of Affiliated Clubs pursuant to these Bye Laws.

4.7 A quorum for any meeting of Affiliated Clubs pursuant to these Bye Laws shall be one representative from at least twenty Affiliated Clubs.

4.8 Affiliated Clubs shall be fined € 100.00 for failure to attend club meetings.

4.9 Affiliated Clubs wishing to have items included on the agenda for meeting of Affiliated Clubs shall notify the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee in writing not less than 10 days before the next meeting. 5. RULES OF COMPETITION

5.1 There shall be two competitions, League and Cup with trophies or medals being awarded to winners and runners up. The League Committee may at its discretion run extra competitions. References in this Rule 5 to the League are unless the context otherwise requires, to the League or Cup competitions conducted under the auspices of S.D.F.L. and not to S.D.F.L. as a company.

5.2 Date and kick off times shall be arranged by the League Committee.

5.3 Home or away teams/clubs may request changes to kick of times. All requests must be made by the Club Secretary to the relevant League Fixture Secretary. The League Committee’s decision shall be final.

5.4 Clubs seeking alterations to match arrangements except in exceptional circumstances must contact the relevant Fixture Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the day of the match. Alterations may be granted at the discretion of the League Committee.

5.5 A Fixture Secretary may be appointed by the League Committee to control fixtures for an age group or a number of age groups.

5.6 Applications for postponements except in exceptional circumstances must be received 7 days before the required date by the relevant Fixture Secretary. The League Committee shall consider such application.

5.7 (a) Any team that fails to turn up to fulfil a fixture may have a walkover awarded against them and fined € 50.00. Any team with more than 3 walkovers awarded against them in any one season may be removed from the League.

(b) Any game awarded to a team by the League shall be on a score of three goals to nil.

(c) Where a team for whatever reason ceases to be a participant in the League having played less than 5 (five) League games all previous results and scores for the withdrawn team will be deleted from the records.

(d) Where a team for whatever reason ceases to be a participant in the League and has played 5 (five) or more League games that teams results and scores will stand and all remaining teams in the relevant division will then be awarded maximum points from that point on.

(e) Any team from an affiliated club which for whatever reason ceases to be a participant in the League and is still involved in a knock out competition their last beaten opponents shall be re admitted to the competition.

5.8 A Fixture Secretary does not have the right to award walkovers. Referee’s or clubs have no authority to award points such cases will be decided by the League Committee.

5.9 (a) Both teams must fill in the match card and return it to the match Referee before the Kick off.

(b) All players including substitute’s full names must be completed in BLOCK CAPITALS only.

(c) Both team managers must sign and print their names in BLOCK CAPITALS on the match card. (d) Breach of this Rule may lead to the offending team being fined and/or forfeiture of the game to the opposition.

5.10 (a) The team manager named on the match card or his/her appointee shall have the right to request the signatures and dates of birth of up to 5 players at half time in any game, signatures and date of birth of substitutes used after half time may be requested at full time, up to a maximum of 7 player’s details including substitutes.

(b) All such requests should be made through the match Referee and the match Referee should be asked to sign and date the relevant paperwork`. The requesting Club representative should retain the relevant paper work for production to the League Committee. Match cards should not be used to record such signatures and dates of birth.

(c) Failure of the requested team to comply with the request may result in the game being awarded to the opposition.

(d) Players playing at U7 to U9 age groups can only be asked to provide their signatures.

(e) Goalkeepers are allowed to use a kicking tee to kick out the ball from U7 to U10.

5.11 Five (5) Substitutes are allowed from U12. Substitutes may roll on/off for the playing period up to and including U18.

5.12 In the event of a tie on points a play off may decide places in other than knock out competitions. The League may at it’s discretion award joint first and or second placings.

5.13 The duration of games at each level shall be:

U6 to U11 As per FAI development plan 2015. U12 30 minutes each half (9 a side) U13 30 minutes each half (11 a side) U14/U15 35 minutes each half U16 40 minutes each half U17/U18 45 minutes each half

5.14 Extra time will be played in the event of a draw after normal time in all games of a knock out nature. If there is no winner after extra time the game shall be decided by penalty kicks on the day.

5.15 (a) All Semi Finals, Finals and play-off games shall be played at a neutral venue except by mutual agreement and approval by the League Committee, playoffs and semi finals in League Cup competitions may at the discretion of the League Committee be played at the home venue of the first drawn team.

(b) Two weeks prior to Cup Final competitions both teams may be required to furnish an original birth certificate for all players whose names will appear on the relevant match card.

(c) Refusal or failure to provide an original birth certificate may be deemed an attempt to obstruct the investigation into any player’s age eligibility and the team concerned may then be subject to enforcement of Rule 3.8.

5.16 In the absence of the Referee or a substitute Referee appointed by the League, teams may play the game with an agreed Referee, where an agreed Referee takes charge of the game he/she must officiate the entire game. A completed match card signed by both Managers shall be proof of agreement on a match Referee. After the game the match card must immediately be sent to the League by the home Club. Failure to agree on a Referee shall mean the game is postponed.

5.17 (a) Each club is responsible for the behaviour of its players, officials and spectators at all times.

(b) Clubs, players and teams are liable to severe penalties including fines and/or loss of League points or Cup games and /or removal from the League if found guilty of threatening, assaulting or intimidating any Referee or player/s, officials or spectators of any team.

(c) Any player sent off by a Referee shall automatically be suspended from playing in the next competitive game for his/her team, the players Club may be fined and subject to the Referees report fines and/or suspensions may be increased.

(d) All reports of misconduct or rough play will be heard by the League’s disciplinary committee which shall have the right to call for evidence or persons to be produced at a disciplinary committee hearing as it sees fit.

(e) Any member team and/or players dissatisfied with any decision of the League disciplinary committee shall have the right of appeal to the League Committee within 3 working days of receipt of the disciplinary committee decision/s; all such appeals must be sent by registered post to the Hon. Secretary of the League.

5.18 Any complaints concerning refereeing, misconduct or rough play must be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee within 4 working days after the relevant game.

5.19 (a) Players in each competitive game must wear the registered colours of their Club or must wear colours distinctive from the registered colours of their opponents. In the case of a clash of registered colours the home team must change their colours.

(b) Goalkeeper jersey or shirt must be a different colour distinctive from that of his teammates and opponents.

(c) Each player’s shirt must be numbered in accordance with the numbers on the match card; breach of this Rule may result in the offending team being fined.

5.20 (a) Any member of the League Committee shall have the right to examine match cards and obtain players or substitutes signatures and dates of birth at half time or full time in any game under the jurisdiction of S.D.F.L.

(b) Any information obtained from such examinations may be used by the League Committee to apply the Rules herein regarding team and/or player registration and eligibility etc.

5.21 Any participant team or Club claiming the awarding of a fixture must do so within 4 days after the date of the fixture, Sundays and Bank Holidays excepted. All such claims must be sent by registered post to the League Committee Hon. Secretary and be signed by the Hon. Secretary of the Club making such claim.

5.22 All trophies are the property of S.D.F.L. and each recipient Club shall be liable for the full cost of any repair or replacement for any damage or loss to any trophy whilst in the Club’s care.

5.23 Where a match in a knockout competition is not played due to the pitch being declared unplayable for any reason whether by the ground owner, or Referee the match will in the first instance be re-fixed to be played on a later date at the same venue. If the pitch is again unplayable on that date the home team will either find an alternative venue to play the match on that date or concede home advantage to the visiting team. The team drawn “away” will then have two opportunities to have the match played at their own home or an alternative venue after which the fixture will revert to the original venue.

5.24 (a) Clubs with access to all weather pitches currently certified by the FAI may elect to play any fixture on such pitches.

(b) If a match cannot be played due to the pitch being declared unplayable for whatever reason the match may be re fixed on an all weather pitch which has been certified by the FAI.

(c) Failure by either team to fulfil a fixture so fixed on an all weather pitch may result in the game being awarded to the opposing team.

(d) Should it come to the attention of the League that the certification of the all weather facility has lapsed the League may re fix any game played thereon. 6. PROTESTS, COUNTER PROTESTS AND APPEALS

6.1 The following fees shall apply:

Registration Search € 25.00 Protest € 50.00 Counter Protest € 100.00

6.2 All fees other than search fee must be paid by postal order, money order or cheque only.

6.3 A search of the registration form/s of any team may be made by appointment with the Registrar of the League Committee or any other Committee Member should the Registrar not be available. The League Committee shall have the right to inspect match cards at any time during the season and may take any action they consider necessary in the interests of the League.

6.4 A registration search shall allow details of a maximum of seven players to be checked, searches can only be made where signatures and date of birth (where applicable) of the players in question can be produced by the requesting Club.

(All rules requiring a time limit for posting e.g. complaints, appeals, protests etc, will be written and taken to mean three (3) clear working days not counting Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or the day of the game itself, where necessary rule numbers will be amended to take account of any deletions from the current rules).

6.5 Protests must be forwarded by registered post to the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee within 72 hours of the day of the match (Sundays and Bank holidays excluded) accompanied by the appropriate fee. An exact copy of the protest must be sent by registered post within the same time to the Hon. Secretary of the Club against which the protest is being made.

6.6 Counter protests must be forwarded to the Hon. Secretary of the League Committee within 72 hours of the receipt of a protest by any Club and must be accompanied by the appropriate fee. An exact copy of the counter protest must be sent by registered post within the same time to the Hon. Secretary of the Club against which the counter protest is being made.

6.7 All protests and counter protests must state the Rule under which the protest or counter protest is being lodged otherwise the protest or counter protest cannot be considered.

6.8 (a) All protest and counter protests shall be considered by a protest committee which shall consist of a minimum of three neutral persons drawn up by the League Committee. All matters coming before a protest committee and requiring a vote shall be decided by a simple majority of that committee. Any player or other relevant person involved may be called to attend a protest committee hearing.

(b) Failure by any person to attend when called to a protest committee hearing may be viewed as an attempt to disrupt the committee’s deliberations and any such person/s or team/s may be subject to the following: Fined and/or suspended, team fixtures being held up. In the case of alleged playing of overage player/s the enforcement of Rule 3.8.

(c) Where protest hearings are adjourned for whatever reason the reconvened hearing does not necessarily have to comprise of those members of the committee who sat on any earlier hearing.

6.9 Where protest or counter protests are lost or ruled out of order the fees paid shall be forfeited. 6.10 Where protests or counter protests are upheld the fees shall be refunded on written applications to the League Committee.

6.11 (a) Member teams and/or players dissatisfied with any decision of the League protest committee shall have the right of appeal firstly to the League Committee; all such appeals must be sent by registered post to Hon, Secretary of the League Committee with 3 working days of receipt of the protest committee decision.

(b) Member teams and/or players dissatisfied with the result of any appeal of the League Committee against any decision from the protest or disciplinary committees shall have the right of appeal to the SFAI or LFA as appropriate subject to the rules governing appeals to those bodies.

6.12 No officer or member of the League Committee or member of any sub-committee or any representative of this League shall participate or vote on any issue relating to or directly involving his/her Affiliated Club.

6.13 All correspondence from Clubs to the League must be posted to the Hon. Secretary of the League and signed by the Club’s Hon. Secretary. Correspondence from any other source within Clubs may not be dealt with.
