ASCLA Leadership Session follows immediately in same room, 10-11:30: Leadership Session: 10-11:30 a. m. Presentation by Stephanie Capparell. Ms. Capparell is a New York-based journalist. Her independent books include The Birkman Method: Your Personality at Work; The Real Pepsi Challenge: The Inspirational Story of Breaking the Color Barrier in American Business; and the international best-seller Shackleton’s Way: Leadership Lessons from the Great Antarctic Explorer. She is an editor for The Wall Street Journal, and founder and president of Substantial Films Inc., established in 1992. Her presentation will delve into the “Shackleton Way,” about Sir Ernest Shackleton and his remarkable Antarctic expedition of 1914.
