TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Both contractor and subcontractor are authorized carriers of logs, poles, and piling or cordwood, sawdust, hog fuel, wood chips, or bark dust .The transportation performed by the subcontractor shall be with a vehicle registered for use under a valid and active authority of the subcontractor and shall be within the terms of operating authority of both contractor and subcontractor.

2. That contractor and subcontractor will maintain records of all transportation performed under this agreement.

3. According to this agreement, the contractor hereby agrees to obtain the services of the subcontractor for the purpose of installation of siding materials for the property mentioned above.

4. The subcontractor shall have to install and check for any anomalies in the siding of the building walls, besides supplying all the materials, tools, machinery and equipment required for these tasks besides supplying labor to complete these jobs.

5. The Subcontractor needs to follow all the rules and regulations of the housing complex and maintain safety while doing the siding work.
