APCO Canada Conference & Tradeshow Awards Submission Working Document

APCO Canada Conference & Tradeshow – Awards Submission APCO Canada is accepting awards submissions for the APCO Canada 2017 Conference & Tradeshow in Windsor, Ontario on November 6 - 9, 2017 at the Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino.

APCO Canada is proud to recognize the outstanding individuals and teams that make up our industry and we look forward to presenting the awards at our APCO Canada Awards Gala on November 8, 2017.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 30, 2017 at 5:00 PM MST. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Please make note of the following important guidelines when submitting a nomination:  2017 Excellence Awards nominations must cover incidents from January 1, 2016 until December 31, 2016.  All nominations must be provided to APCO Canada via this electronic form.  Complete one submission per nomination.  If selected, the nominee or one member of the Team will be asked to attend the 2017 APCO Canada Conference in Banff, Alberta to accept the award. Please ensure that this requirement can be met before any submission is made.  All nomination material must be submitted no later than June 30, 2017.
