Dear Member,

You are invited and encouraged to participate in the 10th Annual Members Exhibition at The Jaffrey Civic Center in Jaffrey, NH. Because it is the TENTH ANNUAL EXHIBIT there are a few changes in the format that we hope you will find exciting.

There will be a 10”x 10” wall of pastels and we hope all members will be represented in this anniversary special. We ask that these not be matted and to frame them with a simple ¾ “molding to keep the size uniform and to price each at $250.00. This will be a great way to show off our collective talents. A special award will be given for the “Best in Show” for this segment of the exhibit, in addition to the awards given in previous years. We are very fortunate to have Paul Ingbretson, a faculty member of the New Hampshire Institute of Art, as our Juror of Awards.

In addition to the “10x10” wall, members may submit two entries, with no size limitation. The Jaffrey Civic Center gallery has lots of space to exhibit large pastels. We hope you will take advantage of this to strut your stuff.

Be sure to make note of these important dates and mark on your calendar. You don’t want to miss out!!

All sales of artwork will be subject to a 30% commission on sales made during the exhibition. All monies due the artist will be paid within 30 days after the close of the exhibition. Waiver: I understand that although all possible care will be taken for the safety of works on display, the Pastel Society of New Hampshire and The Jaffrey Civic Center and their officers or agents will not be responsible for damage or loss of any kind.
