Contenda (imp) Silver Service Fee Contract

1. Cost of each dose of frozen semen from Contenda is $1210 (incl GST).

2. All frozen semen is sold on a per dose basis. A limit of one pregnancy per dose of frozen semen purchased applies.

3. Frozen semen service fees are non – refundable.

4. Frozen semen service fees are not sold with any pregnancy or live foal guarantees.

5. All service fees & transport costs are to be paid in full prior to dispatch of any semen. 6. Transportation costs and tank hire for the semen are payable by the purchaser. Please contact the stud for frozen semen transport costs to your chosen location.

7. Frozen semen transport tanks must be returned within 1 week of hire. Overdue tanks will incur late fees on a daily basis. These fees are to be paid in full by the purchaser.

8. Please allow 7 - 10 days for the delivery of the frozen semen once your order is placed. Express delivery is available on request at an additional cost - please contact the stud for costs of express delivery to your chosen location.

9. Semen is not routinely insured during transport. Transit insurance is available for a cost of 10% of the invoice total. Please indicate if you would like the semen insured during transit. Failure to indicate will result in the semen not being insured during transport.

10. An AWHA , ACE or ANSA service certificate will be issued on the completion and return of the AWHA Artificial Insemination Form, a positive pregnancy test and the payment of all outstanding fees and charges.

11. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit card (surcharge applies) or direct internet transfer. Please see payment details below.
