Description of duties:

The intern will be responsible for assisting in the research, design and build out of projects/reports to facilitate the improvement of the call center. Must be flexible to work almost any schedule and still maintain good attendance. The must be innovative, willing to present new and constructive ideas. As this will be a highly visible position they must be able to maintain a professional demeanor. Self motivation is key, as they will be given several projects with varying timelines and will be held to those timelines.

Projects will include but not be limited to:

Researching and developing a plan to improve on areas of opportunity in the tools used in the local CSC

Designing and building web based trackers for gathering and displaying data

Designing and building Access Databases for retrieving, storing and manipulating of large data sets

Producing reports that can be easily reproduced on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
