MINUTES: Topic 1 Old Business John Cook Discussion:  Press Boxes: Done for softball except plaque outside which will be done later; Baseball will be done this week  Mascot Update – The legs and head are complete. The arms and outfit still need to be completed. Will NOT be completed for graduation  Lights at Christian Rec Center – We will not be pursuing this- too much cost, hassle and too old!  Caledonia Boosters Golf Outing Fundraiser – Aug 12 with 9 AM shotgun start at Briarwood Golf Course. For every 2 tickets you sell, your sport team will receive $25.00. For every $250 sponsor you sign up, your sport team will receive $50.00. The tickets are available in the athletic office this week. See email sent out by Anne for more information!  Caledonia Boosters Texas Holdem Tournaments - We have signed a contract with Don Jakel to move forward. The first tournament will be held on either July 21 or July 28. There will be more information to follow.

Topic 2 Finances Karen Cargill

Discussion:  Finance Committee – From May 1, 2005 to May 8, 2006 there is a balance of $16, 390.88 with many outstanding expenses.

Topic 3 New Business Anne Schaibly

Discussion:  Male & Female Athlete of the Year- This has been decided by the coaches, and will be announced at the Senior Athletic Breakfast on May 24.  Kaechle Award – $150 towards a camp this summer to one junior male and female. This will be announced at a later date.  New Officers for 2006 – 2007 School Year o President – John Cook o VP – Steve Rogers

Topic 4 Concessions Anne Schaibly Discussion: Suggestion for concessions – Walking tacos were a terrific hit at the last Track meet, and were suggested as a possible item to be sold next year.
