Volunteer Schedule

Each team needs to provide at least 1 adult and 3-4 team members for the assigned shift (all can be adults, but they need to be prepared for some exercise). No more than 4 volunteers please (booth will not accommodate more than 4). If you are scheduled for the last shift to pack up, you need only send 2 adults.

Please be on time for your shift and notify Rosie Johnson by phone call or text at 517-881-6656 if there is an emergency that does not allow your volunteers to be on-time for your team’s shift. Buses are sometime slow at peak times so allow for extra time to get to the Lied Recreation Center.

Some shifts are longer than others….it’s just the luck of the draw, I’m afraid.

Please remind your team members and the adults with your group that there have been hundreds of people volunteering for them in Michigan this year so that they can be competing at World Finals and that all of the officials at World Finals are also volunteering their time, and most have paid their own travel expenses to be there for them. This is their chance to give back to those volunteers and to provide some fun for the other competitors. We need all of you and we really appreciate your support.
