Send the completed Entry, payment, Coggins & Release Waiver (postmarked by Tuesday before the show) to: GOEC 1391 County Road 668, Alvin TX 77511 1. Proof of negative Coggins test on all horses dated with in one year required with entry or upon arrival.

2. HDS Green As Grass classes are open to Amateur and Junior/Young Rider horse/rider combinations who have never shown above Training Level and do not show above Training Level Test 1 at this show.

3. CLOSING DATE: Entries must be postmarked by Tuesday before the show or delivered by Thursday to avoid the Late Fee of $10. No entries will be accepted until payment is received by GOEC.

4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS: BEFORE Thursday: Class fees will be refunded. BETWEEN Thursday and Saturday: Class fees will be refunded only if ride times can be filled. No Refunds for cancellations AFTER noon of the day before the show. **Office fee is not refundable.**

6. STABLING: 8-10 stalls are available so call early. However, all may come over the day before to school your horse.

7. NO PERSON SHALL BE ALLOWED TO MOUNT ANY HORSE without submitting a completed and signed RELEASE WAIVER to GOEC. This applies to competitors, trainers, grooms, family members and all non-competing and incidental riders. Additional Release Waiver forms will be available at the Show Office.

8. HARD HATS MUST BE WORN BY JUNIOR/YOUNG RIDERS AT ALL TIMES when mounted. This means an approved safety helmet with harness attached. Adult riders may show in a derby, bowler or top hat at their own risk.

9. NON-COMPETING HORSES may be brought to the grounds for show environment experience if entry form and waiver are completed, Coggins requirements are met and office fee is paid. Bridle numbers will be issued and must be worn by the horse.

10. CHILDREN must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Unsupervised children will be given an espresso and a puppy.

11. DOGS of a pleasant nature are allowed on leash.
