□ Technological Issues What is wrong from an engineering standpoint. Did it cost too much? Was there a design flaw?
□ Ethical and Societal Issues From here you want to look at it from the viewpoint of a concerned citizen rather than an engineer. Could this problem been handled beforehand? Was it intentional? Did the manufacturer hide something from the public? They did cut corners? Were they putting people's lives in danger for the sake of money?
□ Recommended Solution What has been done to rectify the situation? What would your group propose as not only engineers but also as human beings? Is there a reasonable and acceptable compromise?
