By completing the SCO Compliance Agreement you are agreeing to the terms of the ARNG SharePoint Site Collection Officer Compliance Agreement including the GKO Governance Plan, GKO SOP, Public Site Governance Plan, Public Site SOP and the SharePoint Business Model.

Once your SCO Compliance Agreement has been received and verified you will be granted Site Collection Officer privileges towards your organization’s Site Collection.
