 Beginner Fitness – Learn how to exercise safely and effectively without worrying if I am “doing this right?” A confidence and knowledge building workout to equip you with all you need to feel confident in any gym environment. Level 1

 Circuit Training – Total upper and body strength and conditioning done on a timed interval basis. This workout will target your entire body in a short but results driven way. Level 1, 2 – Light to Medium Intensity

 Cycle: A cycle workout to increase member’s endurance level – Med to Hard Intensity - Level 2, 3

 Core & More: This class provides and intense core, strength workout– Med to Hard – Level 2,3

 Intro to Cycle: Learn the basics of cycle in a non-intimidating format. Build confidence and endurance at the same time. This class is for true beginners only. Level 1

 Met Burn - Quick routine for those on the go utilizing multiple upper and lower body exercises using timed intervals that involves your body weight, various weights as well as small cardio bursts to raise your heart rate, burn fat and increase muscle and cardio endurance

 Martials Arts/Boxing Fitness: This class combines the techniques of martial arts with the fundamentals of boxing to condition the entire body. Classes are dynamic with constantly changing punching, kicking, and fitness drills to keep the class fun, fresh and exciting. – Light to Medium Intensity, Level 1, 2
