Arena 2 is run by Serpentine Horse & Pony Club, please find all info in this program:

 Only $15.00 per round, this includes all fees & levies!  Entries close at 6pm on Wednesday 30th September or when maximum numbers are reached. A draw will be available on Global entries online on the 1st of October, 2015.  Pre entry only, no late entries accepted, no entry on the day (sorry!)  All riders must present to the office before riding, membership cards or proof of insurance must be shown.  Canteen available on the day.

Arena 2 will run under Pony Club rules.

 All riders must be gear checked before competing, PCAWA gear checking rules will apply. Riders are responsible for being aware of these rules. Formal pony club uniform for PONY CLUB members, non members long sleeve shirt and tie or jacket and light coloured, single tone jodhpurs.

 All riders under 18 years old must be current members of a Pony Club to compete in the Pony Club Classes. All riders under 18 with EA insurance MUST ENTER THE OPEN CLASSES. Riders over 18, who are not members of a Pony Club, need to have annual PCAWA or EA insurance to compete, entry in the Open Classes.

 All riders to provide a helper for the day over the age of 17yrs. One horse one helper- Limited self help available. If you require self- help we would prefer if you choose set-up/ pack away as your helper duty. If a person is named as a helper for more than one rider, more than one job will be given.

 Horses/Ponies may jump a maximum of three rounds that must be at consecutive heights across both arenas. There will be NO non competitive rounds available.

Organisers reserve the right to change the program at any time or reschedule any event. Classes may be combined if entry numbers are low, at the organiser’s discretion.

REFUNDS/SCRATCHINGS Competitors must notify the organisers of withdrawal prior to close of entries to obtain a refund minus $5 book keeping fee. After this date, a refund will only be given if a Vet or Doctors certificate is received by the organiser within one week of the event. A $10 book keeping fee will apply.
