Cindi and I just wanted to take a moment and thank you so much for the awesome work your crew did for us in our kitchen remodel. I don’t think I shared this with you, but one year ago we had a remodel crew redo a kitchen for us at another house we own. I have to say we dreaded going through the process of selecting granite and backsplash tile for our present house, having had a horrible experience with the last remodel. It was so difficult to choose the stone or tile we liked. And, the frustration of not knowing how much the stone was going to cost was worse than buying a car.

A co-worker had recommended Liberty Granite after having a great experience with your work on her kitchen. Understandably we were skeptical after our nightmare, but once we saw the work your team did at her house, we were impressed. And, when we found out how reasonable your pricing was we decided to check your selection out. That first visit sold us. You had a great selection of quality stone slabs to choose from. It wasn’t an overwhelming warehouse full of substandard materials. All the choices were high quality and still affordable. And best of all, you had everything priced out so that the customer knew exactly what it would cost. What a concept, actually knowing up front what our project would cost us. No surprises!

Your follow up was equally as important, since it demonstrated that you genuinely care about customer satisfaction. This is a quality not often found in businesses any more.
