Dear Parent/Guardians,

RE: Year 7 information and settling-in evening

I hereby invite you to a Year 7 information evening on Thursday 19th October 2017, between 5.45pm and 7.00pm. The presentations will begin at 6.00pm. The evening will take place in the new 6th Form Centre and is aimed at parents and adult carers, but your son is more than welcome to attend. Information on a variety of aspects of school life will be discussed by Mr Hannam and Mr Jordan with a welcome address from Ms Austin. A variety of refreshments will be available and parking will be on the main playground area in front of the 6th Form Centre and behind it. If you could indicate whether you are able to attend the evening, please do indicate on the slip below. If you are unable to attend the parent information evening, please let me know, but we hope that all parents/guardians will be able to attend as we will be working together for the next 7 years.
