IDEAS As the weather warms up and families are visiting the play area again, IDEAS aim to complete Phase 1 before Easter, with a path from the Car Park to the equipment. The facilities can then be used by youngsters of all abilities, as well as improved access for buggies and mobility wheelchairs. IDEAS together with the £2,000 allocated by the Parish Council, have the funding to proceed. The plan to provide a goal end has not enough support, so regrettably, following the installation of the path and 'Thank you' board, IDEAS will cease and no further fund raising or installations will be carried out by the current Group. A Big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our various fund raising activities over the past three years, and to the many sponsors and businesses who have given their unwavering support to this venture. To the youngsters of Dunston we hope you enjoy what IDEAS has provided - our legacy for your future. The IDEAS Committee: Jane, Diana, Pam, Pauline, Nick, Angy and Penny, AND all of the Young Ideas Team of fundraisers.
