WORK EXPERIENCE :-

 Now working as a Civil Engineer(QA/QC Engineer) in M/s Tarapore & Company in the project of MHS & RLS of Tata steel ltd. Joda Division, Odisha .  Experience in laying of bituminous road as a civil engineer.  Worked as a Civil Site Engineer in R.K.Construction in the project of Water Purification Plant of Tata steel ltd. Jamshedpur Division, Jharkhand from May 2013 to June 2014.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :-

Preparation of concrete design & trial mixes in accordance with the specification of the clients. Ensure implementation of all QA/QC procedure , QC plans and work installation. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures. Responsible for maintaining QC Lab and equipment in conforming Condition. Inspection of concrete production at batching plant. Monitor the quality of raw material especially cement, sand, aggregates, water, st eel rod, workability of concrete & other construction material by conducting labo ratory & field tests. Field tests-Compaction,MDD,destructive test(cube test) & non-destructive test [R ebound hammer test] & grouting of structural plates & bolts.  Management & supervision of all activity in the batching plant. Conducting various training program for the engineers, foreman, carpenter, fitter & supervisors to provide the knowledge of the work activity as per the project re quirement to get the good quality at site. Checking & inspecting quality of works during construction. Checking actual construction according to the drawing & specification. Coordinate with the client & consultant for whatever drawing & in actual constru ction. Implement the client specification on site in terms of material delivery & installati on. Advice service contract personnel in taking appropriate corrective & preventive a ction on NCR. Prepare QA/QC inspection activities as per project specifications. Responsible in assuring that ready mixed concrete meets the required strength & curing time. Material receiving inspection of various materials for civil works. Execution of work on site as per IS codes. Study of the drawing & layout analysis. Maintained joint measurement record. Preparing bar bending scheduled (BBS) of reinforcement . Maintained documentation in site as per discussion. Execution in laying of bituminous road 10 km inside the plant. Maintained the proper testing and documentation as per quality on site.
