o Approve Minutes: BOS Non-Public Work Session February 8, 2016, BOS Minutes February 8, 2016

o Announcements:  The Select Board will meet on the following dates: o Regular meetings – 6:00PM: Monday, March 14th and March 28th, 2016 o Work review sessions prior to the regular meeting will start at 5:00PM o Town Elections March 8th, 2016 @ Plymouth Elementary School, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM o Town Meeting March 9th, 2016, 7:00PM at Plymouth Elementary School

All of the above meetings will be held in the Town Hall, unless otherwise posted  Weather observations for the month of January are available in the Town Hall.  Citizens wishing to be listed on the Select Board’s Agenda should notify the Town Hall before 12:00 PM the Friday before the scheduled meeting.  Road bans for the Town of Plymouth will be in effect from March 1st through May 1st, 2016.  Tentative Work Session February 29, 2016

6:15 PM PUBLIC HEARING:  To discuss the donation of a parcel of land from Alex Ray (dba Local Motives LLC). The proposed land transfer would deed the following parcel to the Town of Plymouth: 3.89 acres from Map 110 029 001 000 0000. Acreage is based on a one lot subdivision approved by the Planning Board on December 17, 2015. This parcel will be added to the abutting, Town owned, .52 acre parcel identified as 220 001 000 000 0000.
