Asset Management – Functional support Accenture services pvt ltd, Mumbai.

 To support the client with their gas distribution operations using IBM Maximo in charlotte, NA.  Maintain perfect balance in the inventory count in Maximo and the physical count in the storerooms, keep note on where and when an asset is used, aware of issues and transfers of all the assets belong to duke energy charlotte area and help the client on successfully maintain their storerooms.  Procurement management through Maximo: worked on purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, issues and transfers, contracts invoices and shipment transfer modules.  Regular interaction with the clients to work together in fixing Maximo defects using java language, inventory procedure functional analysis and providing instant solutions for the business related issues.  Understanding the business requirements through direct interaction with the business analysts and help the functions get automated by integrating other technologies with Maximo. Pipeline Engineer – Internship

SABARMATI GAS LTD, GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT)  Worked as a field engineer as an intern at Sabarmati gas ltd, Gandhinagar.  Visited natural gas pipeline network maintenance areas, briefly worked on pipeline surveying and design of the layout.  Attended classroom training on pipeline laying processes and challenges faced during installation of pipelines.  Survey on usage of NG in commercial and households in the Gandhinagar district.

Petroleum engineering – Offshore engineering, Drilling engineering, Reservoir engineering. Artificial lift (EOR) Pipeline engineering – Pipeline survey activities, Types of valves, cathodic protection, Pigging, Hydro- testing. Natural Gas engineering – Dehydration, Desulphurization (sweetening process), liquid removal & LNG transport.

Maximo skills: Inventory Management : Issues and transfers, bin balance count of items, storeroom management. Asset management : Capital assets, usage of assets and associated items, maintaning accounts related to assets. Procurement management : Purchase requisition, purchase orders, vendor management, contracts management, shipment and receiving and invoices management. Work order Management : Design workflow of the business process, constant monitoring of the work flows.

 Created a working model of in-situ combustion technique process as a part of university project.

 Technical paper on “Enhanced oil recovery process and its challenges in the industry”.

 Conducted training on inventory management.
