For international participants, tuition payment is payable to the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE) by credit card and is due no later than Thursday, July30, 2015.

The Fine Print

 You must make your tuition payment by 30 July. Included in your tuition payment is access to all educational programming offered, lunches each day of the meeting, a farwell dinner and Certificate of Attendance.  Cancellations are allowed if requests are received on or before July 30, 2015 (three weeks before the Summer School begins), but each is subect to a non-refundable $50 administrative fee. Requests for cancellations received after July 30, 2015 will not be honored; and in such cases no refund can be made from the oriingal registration fee, nor is any refund allowed for no-shows. There are no exceptions to this policy. Should you be unable to attend, however, a substitution may be made to transfer your fully paid tuition to another member of your organization at anytime up to 18 August, 2015

For domestic parcitipants payment approach will be stated in the acceptance letter.

Summer School Venue &Accomodation

The IAEE Harbin Summer School program will be held in Harbin Institute of Technology which is situated in Harbin, the northeast part of China. There are dormitories for students, hotel for academic staff members, classrooms for students, six dining halls, a library, a natatorium and other sport facilities on campus.
