Part 1 – CONSENT TO PUBLISH

The consent to publish is a written approval by the ‘Content Provider’ (sometimes referred to in this document as the “Author”) to the ‘Publisher’ (in this case the HAW Magazine, www.howarchitectworks.com). This Consent ensures that the Publisher has the author’s permission to publish the Work.

Name of Content Provider/Author: Enter name of your organization/approving authority.

Name of the Projects: Enter name of the project(s) you want to be published on HAW Magazine

1. The Author hereby consents to publication of their work in HAW Magazine publications for non- commercial purposes only.

2. The Author hereby assigns to the publisher the copyright to the contribution named above whereby the publisher shall have the non-exclusive right to publish the said contribution in print and in electronic form for HAW Magazine publications.

3. The Author declares that he/she has the authority to share the content on behalf of his/her organization/business name and the same is aware of the fact and has agreed to being so named.

4. The Author declares that he/she has the complete right to the content provided and can any time ask the publisher to add/edit or remove the content from the HAW Magazine publication.

5. The Author declares that, if the Consent to Publish form has been downloaded from the Publisher’s website or sent by e-mail, the form has not been changed in any way without the knowledge of the Publisher.
