CPA Society awards college scholarships LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 31, 2012) - The Educational Foundation of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (KyCPA) has awarded $40,000 in scholarships to college students studying accounting on behalf of the Foundation and other benefactors, plus another $15,000 in CPA exam review grants.
The scholarships were awarded during an April 27 banquet at The Galt House Hotel in Louisville to students who met academic as well as financial need criteria set forth by KyCPA’s Educational Foundation, which awards the non-profit organization’s scholarships annually. Scholarship and grant recipients include:
