DEMAND FOR VALID SUBSCRIBED OATH OF OFFICE AND PROOF OF BOND In the Common Law, and on this day of March ______, 2016: The office of any presiding judge in the above matter, is demanded to perform in the exact provisions of your sworn oath, as per the Constitution for the United States of America, and the Constitution of the State of Indiana, which is agreed to in your sworn oath, filed and recorded when you took office. Your OATH OF OFFICE is a binding quid pro quo contract for your income and benefits, your bond will indemnify myself for any losses or damages incurring in this matter, this is a matter of constitutional importance, and there is a said legal and moral duty to exhibit requisite credentials. Moreover, failure to qualify by filing a bond and taking the OATH OF OFFICE is grounds for ouster by a writ of Quo Warranto. You are hereby DEMANDED to produce said Oath and a true copy of said bond, no later than seven (7) days from the court receipt at 5pm close of business, or in the case of a change of judge they are too DEMANDED to produce the same within (7) days, and in the same following fashion; file into the case jacket and certify delivery to all parties on and for the public record of this CASE NO. ______. Provided that any presiding judge’s Oath and proof of bond is not received and filed into the case jacket in the demanded fashion of this CASE NO. ______. They will be in dishonor, violating said Oath, acting outside of their jurisdiction, disqualifying themselves of judicial immunity, and rendering themselves liable for a commercial lien to be placed against their bond that alleges State and Federal criminal charges.
