2015 AP Testing at Urbana High School Registration Information - Registration forms can be downloaded from the Urbana HS Guidance and Counseling website: www.usd116.org/uhs/guidance - Non-UHS students will be charged $125 for each AP test (payable to Urbana High School)

- Registration forms AND payment are due to UHS by Friday, March 6

o Drop off at UHS Guidance office (Room 2116) OR

o Mail to: Urbana High School Guidance and Counseling, Attn: Mrs. Sopa 1002 S. Race Street Urbana, IL 61801 Pre-administration Sessions (45 minutes) You are required to attend a pre-administration session at Urbana HS (dates listed below). Students will fill out required identification information and receive instructions on the AP testing procedures. - Pre-Administration date/time. You must attend the following session:

o Thursday, April 9 at 3:30 PM

- Where to report for the Pre-Administration Session:

o Please check in at the Main Office (Rm 2128) and then go to the Lecture Hall (Rm 2199)

o Park in any visitor spaces near the building or in the large staff lot north of Iowa St.

- To get to the main office: enter through Door 1 on Iowa Street and take stairs up to 2nd floor. Day of AP Test - Sign in at the main office and then report to the testing room by the times listed below: o For 8:00am tests, arrive to the testing room by: 7:45am o For 12:00pm (Noon) tests, arrive to the testing room by: 11:45am - If driving, park in the large staff lot north of Iowa St. and give main office car information. o Space is limited, so carpooling or getting dropped off/picked up might be best. - Things to Bring: o Several sharpened #2 pencils & erasers, Pens with black or dark blue ink, government issued or school issued photo ID, your six-digit school code - Additional things to bring for specified tests only: o AP approved calculator, ONLY for students taking AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics exams. o Rulers/straightedges, ONLY for students taking the AP Physics exams - Do NOT bring the following on Test Day: o Electronic/communication devices (i.e. cellphone, smart phone, smartwatch, laptop, tablet computer, etc.), portable listening/recording devices (MP3 player, iPod, etc.), cameras/other photographic equipment, calculators (exception for AP Calculus, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, 2015 AP Testing at Urbana High School and Statistics exams), rulers/straightedges (exception for AP Physics exam), protractors, books, compasses, mechanical pencils, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, notes, or colored pencils, scratch paper, reference guides, keyboard maps, or other typing instructions, watches that beep or have an alarm, food/drink, clothing with subject related information

Week 1: Morning Afternoon May 4-May 8 8 a.m. 12 noon Monday, Chemistry Psychology May 4 Environmental Science Tuesday, Calculus AB AP Seminar May 5 Calculus BC Chinese Language and Culture Wednesday, English Literature and Composition Japanese Language and Culture May 6 Physics 1: Algebra-Based Thursday, Computer Science A Art History May 7 Spanish Language and Culture Physics 2: Algebra-Based German Language and Culture European History United States History Friday, Studio Art (Urbana High School students only) – Last day for coordinators to submit digital May 8 portfolios (by 7 p.m.) and to gather 2-D Design and Drawing students for physical portfolio assembly. Teachers should have forwarded students’ completed digital portfolios to Coordinator by this date.
