The Division Building Technologies is the world market leader for safe, energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings and infrastructure. As a technology partner, consultant, service provider, system integrator and product supplier, Building Technologies offers fire safety, security, building automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as energy management products and services.

The job: > Prepare and execute business development action plan in order to realize successful sales results in building technologies market in Bulgaria > Create and maintain sufficient network of contacts with building market decision makers: planners, architects, main contractors, investors and etc. > Analyze sales progress and evaluate marketing / sales activities, initiating corrective actions if needed > Analyze and report competitor’s activities in terms of their strategy, operation, product portfolio and pricing

Education - Qualifications - Work Experience > University degree – Engineering or Economics background > Fluent English (German is an advantage) and good skills in MS Office tools > Good understanding of building market sales channels and proven record in B-2-B environment > Minimum 3 years or more of successful experience in building market (Electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage, building automation) business with wide network of contacts throughout the country > Experience in organizing trainings, seminars, trade-shows, giving presentation > Willingness to travel frequently mainly within Bulgaria
