Equipment and Materials 3 bowls (3 different sizes) Boiling water 3 packets of oatmeal Measuring cup 3 thermometers

Procedure: 1. Empty 1 packet in each bowl and put a thermometer in each. 2. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water to each bowl—AT THE SAME TIME. 3 Stir oatmeal gently 4. Start timer. 4. Record first temperature right away on data table. CELCIUS! 5. Record temperatures every minute for 15 minutes. 6. Analyze the overall heat loss from each bowl 7. Create a line graph(s) of your collected data.
