How to Use the Nextel Phone Software

 On the main menu Choose the Button to the left of the left arrow next to OK/Menu button. Find and then select Java Apps and Choose the Datamaxx Program.

 After you have launched the program you will be using only two of the Choices you can select from. They will be punch Individual and Send/Receive.

A. If you need to receive data Select Send/Receive and then choose receive. This will allow you to use the Drop down choices in the program. This document will cover that later. To send your time Data repeat the same steps but select Send. B. After you have received data SELECT menu and Choose PUNCH INDIVIDUAL

 You will come to Operation Screen type 1= IN, 2= Out, 3= Switch You can scroll down to see other punch codes. After entering code Choose Scan.

 You will be sent to the Next screen. Enter and scan the appropriate code or choose from the drop down menu. Follow steps 1-4

3. Scroll down and select Job 4. Scan Job & repeat steps until you return to the operation screen where you can enter in information for another employee or close the program*

* while using the drop down for employees you can select multiple employees to scan at once.
