Presentación Español III

1. The Spanish III student will prepare a presentation in Spanish about the following event:

Explica lo que harías en una de las siguientes situaciones: a. ganaste la lotería b. quieres mejorar nuestra escuela c. ¿qué viaje de tus sueños organizarías?

2. The student will make a slide show presentation with few words. There should be enough pictures or clip art to guide the presentation.

3. The presentation must last a minimum of two (2:00) minutes.

4. During the delivery any pause over three seconds will result in a reduction in the grade.

5. One point will be deducted from the grade for every three seconds under the time limit.

6. During another person's presentation, anyone who speaks or interrupts during the presentation will lose points from their grade.

7. The grade will be derived from the following criteria: grammar, vocabulary, verb forms and tenses, pronunciation, content, fluency, presentation, and creativity.

8. The order of the presentations will be given by the teacher. The presentations will begin on January 29 (período 2), January 30 (período 4).

9. When a student is absent for the scheduled presentation, and if there is time remaining in class the student will present upon his/her return. But if there is no time remaining in the class period, it will be necessary to attend after school with the other students who were absent, give the presentation and remain until all of the students have finished. If a student does not attend on the given date a zero will be given.

10. Each presentation must contain the following grammatical structure: a) el condicional

11. In any case the presentation cannot be read. The student must be speaking to us in a conversational style of Spanish.

12. Make sure your presentation will work in class before your due date. Technological failure is still late. Be prepared! If it is not ready to work or does not work, the grade will be reduced by one letter grade.
