DIRECTIONS: Underline once the nouns, twice the verbs, and circle the adjectives.

NOUNS – person, place, thing, or idea. VERBS – action word. Something you can do. Non-action verbs – am, is, are, was, were, have, has, had, be, been, being, get, got, would, could, should, etc. ADJECTIVE – word that describes or modifies a noun or another adjective.
