Please be advised of the following settlement proposal from Complainant:
In exchange for $20,000 in settlement proceeds, Complainant shall release Agency from any pending claims in connection with the above referenced matter.
This proposal will be withdrawn after 30 days of this letter. If a settlement is not reached within that time period, Complainant reserves the right to claim greater and further damages, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary.
