S.O.A.R. Participants,

Thank you for signing up for this amazing program. We wanted to give you information regarding the retreat to answer all your questions.

SOAR will be held August 28th – August 30th. Students will move in to their residence halls on August 28th between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Students with last names beginning with the letters A -L move in between 9 am – 11 am, while letters M – Z move in between 11 am – 1 pm. Students must be fully moved in by 1:00pm. The location for check-in will be located in the Townsend Residential Life Center. At this location, students will receive access to their housing assignments, receive their parking permits, computer and phone information and meet with other various offices related to check-in. Please make sure all your immunization records are on file with Health Services, if you have questions email: [email protected].

A free lunch will be available from 1pm – 2:30 pm for you and your guests in the N wing dining hall. Our intent is for students to move into their fall assignments, but this is dependent on our campus construction schedule.

Before you arrive on campus, we ask that you please fill out our Pre-Survey. This will help us to prepare our future SOAR Programs. S.O.A.R. Pre-Survey 2009 .
