(medical insurance, employer retirement contributions, sponsorships, college tuition assistance…)  Are there any age restrictions for this work (minimum OR maximum)?  Will this job provide on-the-job training that will help you advance?  How much demand is there for this type of work right now?  Will this work lead to other career opportunities?  Can you interview someone who actually DOES or DID this job…?
