1) Start at the co-op course wiki http://coop-ucc.wikispaces.com/
2) Visit the Ontario Skills Passport Website through the link provided. http://skills.edu.gov.on.ca.
3) Select “Create a Workplan”.
4) Select “Create an OSP Workplan”.
5) Select Option B, then Next.
6) Finding your NOC code. National Occupation Classification (NOC) code is a number that Human Resources and Skills Development Canada has assigned to a particular occupation.
Using Option A, B or C, search for the NOC code that best suits your co- op job. Select the occupation that is closest to your job. This may take a few tries to find the best match.

7) Once you have selected the NOC code that is best fits your job, click “Show me the standard OSP Work Plan” then click “Next”.
8) You will have a list of tasks checked off for you.
a) If some of these tasks are not complete in your job, remove the check marks.
b) If other tasks are not listed, click “Add Tasks” and add the other tasks to the list.
9) When your list is complete, click “Next”.
10) Type your information and your employer’s information in the fields listed.
11) Save your work plan as a Microsoft Word document on your g: drive.
12) Print a copy and submit to your teacher. PART B:
a) Read over the work habits that are necessary for successful employment.
b) Identify ways you are developing and demonstrating these work habits at your placement.
