1. STALLION HANDLERS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS, HAVE TOTAL CONTROL AT ALL TIMES AND ABIDE BY THE EA ‘STALLION SAFE PRACTICE GUIDELINES’.

2. ALL HORSES AND PONIES MUST HAVE CURRENT REGISTRATION PAPERS AND SEND COPY IN WITH THEIR ENTRY FORMS EXCEPT UNREGISTERED HORSES AND PONY CLASSES.

3. IF AN EXIBIT/EXIBITOR IS DUAL REGISTERED MAY COMPETE IN ALL ELIGIBLE EVENTS. IF CLASS COINCIDE YOU MUST CHOOSE WHICH CLASS TO ENTRE, AS CLASSES WILL NOT BE HELD UP AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

4. THE NARROGIN AGRICULTRAL COLLEGE AND THE NARROGIN AGRICULTRAL SOCIETY DOES NOT EXCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, ILLNESS, OR INJURY TO HORSES OWNERS SPECTATORS, ENTRY TO GROUND IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN WITH A VETERINARY OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE PROVIDED LESS $5 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
