2017~2018 Half Day Snack Sale Order Form
*New for this year – pizza is $2 per slice and we will get our pizza from Ralph’s!
Pretzels are from Philadelphia Pretzel Factory.
The Head School Helpers will hold fundraisers by selling pizza, pretzels, water and juice to the students in grades Kindergarten – Sixth Grade during most snack breaks on half days.
You may send in your order form and money all at once; in the beginning of the year (this is preferred) or you may choose to pay one sale at a time by cutting on the dotted line and sending your order in two days prior to the sale. Purchases will be made by PRE-ORDER ONLY.
Checks should be made payable to HHBOE (Haddon Heights Board of Education) and placed in an enveloped marked “Snack Sale Order Form”.
*Only students attending Kindergarten Aftercare for specific ½ days may order pizza. Otherwise, pretzels, juice, and water may be ordered for Kindergarten and will be sent home with student!
