The Event is an open Endurance Trial, promoted and organised by GSMC Motor Club Limited, hereinafter called the promoters. It will be held under the International Sporting Code of the FIA, the General Competition Rules of Motorsport Ireland (MI), Appendix 35 MI Yearbook 2013, these supplementary regulations and any final instructions issued before the start of the event. 2. Entries open on publication of these regulations and close on 20th May 2013 CREW: Both crew members must hold (and produce) a current competition licence issued by their ASN. All drivers must hold a valid letter of acceptance from the IRDS or BRDS Rally Drivers’ Scheme and pay the appropriate premium before the start to arrange Road Traffic Act insurance cover for the event. The entry fee is as follows: € 150 which includes € 20 standard rate IRDS/BRDS insurance premium and € 30 (per crew) competitors personal accident insurance. Total Entry amount Due: € 150 ( Less a deduction of €7 per person for those aged 16 / 17) Entry Forms must be fully completed and accompanied by a cheque ( not post-dated) for €150 made payable to GSMC Motor Club Ltd. 3. Classes The event will have five classes as follows: Class 1: Cars built to Endurance Specification (for details, see Appendix 35,Art 27 MI Yearbook 2013). Class 2: Navigation Trial cars up to 1400 c.c. Class 3: Navigation Trial cars from 1401 to 2000 c.c. Class 4: Front Wheel Drive Retro type cars. (Retro cars as defined in Appendix 33) Class 5: Rear Wheel Drive Retro type cars. (Retro cars as defined in Appendix 33) The Overall winner will be decided from Class 1 only.

4. Awards General Classification: 1st; 2nd; 3rd Overall - 2 Awards Class Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each class - 2 Trophies. ( Subject to Entries ) The award winners of the General Classification will not be eligible for a class award. i.e. there will be no separate class awards for Endurance cars. Amalgamation of Classes or Additional awards may be announced at signing-on before the Event. ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARDS: Those receiving awards for overall placing will not be eligible for class awards, Additional awards, including beginner’s awards, may be given as per supplementary regulations.

5. General Route. Organisers will use only 1:50,000 maps: A map of the route will be provided. OS Maps 55,56 and 61 refer. (a) I have read the supplementary regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them and by the General Competition Rules and Regulations of MI including the guidelines and regulations contained in Motorsport Ireland’s Code of Conduct for Children’s Sport. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry or of my being permitted to take part in this event I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified theGarda Siochana Motor Club Limited (Organising Club), Irish Automobile Club Ltd. t/a Royal Irish Automobile Club, Irish Motorsport Federation Ltd. t/a Motorsport Ireland and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss of or damage to the person or property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s) or mechanic(s) (as the case may be) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this event and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies, their officials, servants, representatives or agents. Furthermore, in respect of any parts of this event on ground where Third Party Insurance is not required by law, this Agreement shall in addition to the parties named above extend to all and any other competitor(s) and their servants and agents and to all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of loss of or damage to the person or property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s) or mechanic(s). I declare that the use of the car hereby entered is covered by Insurance as required by the Road Traffic Act, which is valid for such part of this event as shall take place on roads as defined in the Act. (c) I understand that should I at the time of this event be suffering from any disability whether permanent, temporary or otherwise which is likely to affect prejudicially my normal control of my automobile, I may not take part unless I have declared such disability to MI, who have, following such declaration issued a licence which permits me to do so. (e) Any indemnity and/or declaration as prescribed by sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) above which is signed by a person under the age of 18 years shall be countersigned by that person’s parent or guardian, whose full names and address shall be given. Furthermore, the parents and/or guardians of persons under 18 years of age shall grant permission to MI and the Irish Sports Council to carry out tests in accordance with the Irish Anti-Doping Rules (Rule No 139) in the following form: “I/We hereby grant permission to MI and the Irish Sports Council to carry out tests as set out in Rule No 139 of the GCR’s in accordance with the Irish Anti-Doping Rules.” (f) I understand, agree and accept that I am responsible for the cost of making good any damage caused by me or my car to property during this event which is not covered by the event’s insurance. The insurers are not liable for the first €1270 (the excess) of any claim for loss of or damage to property.
