Dear Valued China Shipping Customers,

As we have previously advised last month, China Shipping (North America) Agency will implement a “No Document / No Load” policy in compliance with the China Customs Advance Manifest (CCAM) rules. The new policy will affect all port terminal cut offs on/after June 23rd, 2014 and apply to all shipments discharging or transshipping at all China ports.

Please be aware of the port cut-off shown on your booking confirmation as this will also be the document cut-off date. Shippers are required to submit their completed Master Shipping Instructions accordingly to the same CSNA offices as you do today, using the same submission methods CSNA has in place to avoid having your cargo detained and/or subjected to any additional terminal handling charges.

Please note that the port cut-off shown on your booking confirmation is subject to change and while CSNA will make every effort to keep you well informed of any changes, we encourage you to be cautious about any changes as well.
