Injection Moulding Leading Hand / Supervisor ROTATING SHIFTS.

SDI Ltd is the leading Australian manufacturer of dental restorative materials and tooth whitening systems. More than 90% of our products are exported to over 100 countries.

We are seeking an intelligent and enthusiastic person to run 1 shift in our injection moulding department on a rotating 3 shift basis. The position offers a safe, friendly and climate controlled working environment. with above award rates and a fulltime position. (38hr week).

As an injection moulding Leading hand/Supervisor you will be required to:

 Supervise 3 members of your shift  Perform die changes as required  Perform troubleshooting  Ensure raw material is available for your shift  Ensure your shift is producing the highest quality product at all times.  Maintain department cleanliness to the highest standards  Run moulding machines including inline process checks.  Start up and shut down moulding machines.

To register your interest for this position you must be able to confidently display the following:  Previous injection moulding experience is a must including die changes and troubleshooting  Excellent literacy and numeracy skills  Excellent work ethic  Excellent team player  Demonstrate a firm commitment to quality  Experience in a pharmaceutical or food industry will be highly regarded.
